A Little About Us

We are so fortunate to have Dr. Bravo as our facility medical director. Dr. Bravo has over 20 years experience in the Geriatric field of medicine and had extensive experience with patients requiring end of life care. Dr. Bravo has incredible bed side manners and is very approachable. Dr. Bravo is extremely intelligent but does not boast. Your loved one will not only be in great hands, but you will always be able to get in touch with Dr. Bravo for any questions you may have. Having a methodical approach to patient care is key and Dr. Bravo prides himself on incredible patient care and advocacy.

Jana Hower, is a native of Phoenix, Arizona. Her career includes nearly a decade in the Emergency Department, as well as Family Practice and Cardiology. Her passion is to assist the individual in the alleviation of suffering, while working to restore optimum health to patients through individualized care that puts the patient first. We are so excited to be working with Jana!

When you have a provider caring for your elderly loved one, you want to make sure that not only does the provider have experience, but that they are extremely passionate and compassionate. Camelia has extensive experience working with the elderly population and her approach will ensure that they always feel comfortable.

For the last 5 years, Evie has been a crucial member of our team here at Anthem Senior Living. Evie has 22 years as a strong patient advocate who always does what is RIGHT for the patient. Evie with her background as a critical care and cardiac nurse brings so much knowledge and quick implementation practices that our residents depend on every day. Evie at her core is an educator. She is thorough and a great communicator. She has set an incredible high bar in the industry for all to follow.

Tracey has added value to our team way beyond her skillset as a RN. She is truly passionate about the seniors and has demonstrated a true passion for making seniors matter. Although she is an RN, she is also an incredible cook who frequently treats our residents with her masterpieces. We can’t thank her enough for her loyalty, commitment and passion for our mission.

Lupita has over 7 years experience as a full time caregiver. Anthem Senior Living, after many years and attempts to recruit her we finally welcomed her to the team. Lupita is one of those people you will not see lingering around doing the bare minimal. She has a passion for seniors and it shows in her daily work. Lupita is also an incredible cook who includes fresh nutritious ingredients to all of her meals that the residents rave about. Lupita is coachable and is always striving to learn more to be able to deliver better care to our residents.

Carlos is a local celebrity as far as the residents are concerned. His positive energy and laugh is contagious and lightens up everyone’s day. Although Carlos has 5 years under his belt working as a caregiver full time, you’ll never know it because he puts so much passion into his work everyday. He is physically fit but also mentally fit to handle the many struggles our seniors face psychologically. He has the patience needed and the willingness to serve that you can’t find easily.

Ana, has a strong passion for the care of seniors. A true advocate and filled with compassion and a strong work ethic! Her patience is incredible and all who come across her care fall in love with her. Her many years of experience are demonstrated each and everyday. We’re so fortunate to have her on our team.

We’re so grateful to have Dana part of our team. She is an experienced caregiver who carries her self with grace. You will always see a smile on her face. She absolutely loves the seniors and is always showing them affection. She’s also a great cook!

Everyone who knows Jackie, understands what the word “Empathy” means. She is a walking example of compassion and patience. We are so blessed to have her part of the Anthem Seniors family and all our residents rave left and right about her! Thank you Jackie for all you do!

You will rarely ever see Dan sitting down and relaxing. He is a hard worker passionate about a clean and safe environment. Dan is a gentle soul and extremely patient! We’re fortunate to have him on the team!

Dolores has that special touch when it comes to caring for seniors. She has the right heart and endless love, patience and dedication to serve our seniors. You will always see a smile on her face and all the residents feel a strong connection to her! Thank you Dolores for all you do!

You would think after doing hair for 47 years you would call it quits! Not for Nancy – She absolutely loves her seniors at Anthem Senior Living and they look forward to the awesome job she does every week. Nancy services many seniors at their respective assisted living homes, but enjoys coming to ASL not only because of the residents but because it’s a welcoming environment. It’s clean, smells good and there is a positive energy in the air that you can sense when you walk in the door.

Just about 7 years ago, we were lucky enough to bring Valerie (and her husband Anthony) in as our music doctors! Just about every they would perform relevant and timeless pieces of music that all the residents would embrace and sing along to! The benefit is measurable and the joy it brings to our seniors lives is priceless! Valerie now also is in charge of our weekly aerobics class, weekly bingo (with prizes) and then every week is in charge of our flower shop. This is where each residents part-takes in making a floral arrangement for their room. It’s the little things in life that mean the most!

Naturally, Lynette is just about the most favored person at Anthem Seniors. She brings to the table 19 years of experience as a massage therapist but it’s the passion and love for seniors that set her apart! She enjoys meeting people from all over the world. Seniors recognize her love through her gentle touch and meaningful conversations. Lynette comes out on a weekly basis everyone just loves her.

Shana is a new addition to our team, and we couldn’t be happier to have her. The interaction and connections she makes with the residents is priceless. Music is a healer and Shana knows how to use it to uplift and bring back so many memories that put a smile on our residents’ faces!

Koinz is one of the favorite team members! He is a goldendoodle who just loves to be pet and is extremely gentle and loveable. He enjoys fetching, showing off his tricks and loves hanging out under the table while the residents are eating! He is one sweet boy!

We are proud to see the heart and passion for seniors from a young lady like Aviana who was born into this lifestyle of serving others. Aviana is pen pals with several of our residents and also enjoys playing the piano. She loves decorating for the residents and making them feel loved and important. Everyday when she prays, the residents are never left out. It’s truly humbling to see an amazing gift of compassion from such a young age!

Kori brings true dedication and passion to the lives our the seniors she serves. With extensive background in “Big Box” Assisted Living and Memory Care, Kori is excited to execute her expertise and unique style of care to a lucky few in a individualized setting where exceptional care is the only priority!

Sam is an individual who has the right heart for this industry. Known in Anthem by it’s residents and business owners for a genuine and REAL person. From the very early age of 14, Sam started as an activity director in Assisted Living. His passion for the elderly and work ethic stemmed from his upbringing in a large European family. His advocacy for seniors is unparalleled and his charisma is made evident the moment you witness him interacting with the seniors. Sam always had a passion for people although he graduated college with a bachelor of science degree at the age of 19. Anthem Senior Living was the first Assisted Living Facility in Anthem established in 2001. Sam took over his family’s business in Anthem in 2003, and over the last 16 years it’s remained the only 5 star facility in Anthem. “Over the years many Assisted Living Homes came and went in Anthem” sam says, ” it’s a heart business, and it will not thrive if you do not truly have a passion and empathy for the elderly”. Sam attributes his success to Loving God and Loving People.
